HOW LIMITS WORK

Understand what each allowance means.

Credits, tables, and processing capacity measure different parts of the service.

Credits are shared AI usage

A credit is not one question. Consumption varies by model, prompt and answer length, analysis steps, and database or file tools. Smart Agents and MCP use the same balance.

Unused Cloud credits remain on the account, new-period credits are added, and additional credit packages are available. Current billing terms are shown on cayra.io.

Table limit is analysis scope

It is the number of tables included in the active schema analysis scope—not total rows, result size, database size, database count, or query count.

Capacity controls throughput

Each plan sets model calls per minute, concurrent queries, and queue depth so teams can choose the operating level they need.

Smart Agents

Starter, Pro, Business

Run recurring database-based tasks manually, daily, weekly, or monthly.

Smart Agents use the same shared credit balance as other AI work. Uploaded files are not Smart Agent data sources.

File & Document Queries

Pro, Business

Analyze supported business files in Pro and Business.

Supported: PDF, XLSX, XLS, CSV, DOCX, TXT. Default limits are 30 MB per file, 500 MB storage per user, and 1,000 files. OCR, Images, PowerPoint, Legacy DOC are not supported. Image-only PDFs may be unreliable, and a conversation generally works with 1 active file.

MCP Tool Access

Business

Use Cayra as an external tool from supported MCP clients in Business.

n8n, Claude Desktop, and custom agents can call Cayra through MCP. MCP queries consume the same shared credit balance. This does not add arbitrary third-party MCP tools inside Cayra.

Supplier & Partner Portal

Business

Give assigned external users scoped access in Business.

External company users sign in with phone and OTP and see only assigned areas. Optional Cayra AI access and CSV/XLSX import are available. This is not an order, quote, invoice, contract, or procurement portal.

Model access

Cayra Lite

Fast and economical for straightforward tasks.

Cayra Plus

The balanced option for everyday analysis.

Cayra Pro

For complex, multi-step, and root-cause analysis.

The Pro subscription plan and Cayra Pro model tier are separate concepts.
